Our policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you would like to request a refund, contact us at support@mandmpublishing.com and supply the name with which you purchased as well as the details surrounding your refund request. We will review your request, and will reach out to follow up.
If there is confirmation that you've followed the Best Seller Guaranteed blueprint completely but did not achieve a Top 10 position in the Kindle Direct Publishing category outlined in the blueprint, M&M Publishing will provide a full refund of your payment for the Best Seller Guaranteed Blueprint.
Any additional charges for services provided beyond the Best Seller Guaranteed Blueprint are non-refundable.
